1. Click Copy as rich text above.
2. Open Gmail. Click the gear icon → See all settings.
3. On the General tab, scroll to Signature.
4. Click Create new, give it a name (e.g. "Main").
5. Click inside the signature text box and paste (⌘/Ctrl + V).
6. Under Signature defaults, set the new signature for new emails and replies.
7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

1. Click Copy as rich text above.
2. Open Apple Mail. Menu: Mail → Settings → Signatures.
3. Select your account on the left, then click + to add a new signature.
4. Uncheck Always match my default message font (critical — otherwise styling is stripped).
5. Click into the signature box on the right and paste (⌘ + V).
6. Drag the new signature onto your account if not already assigned.
7. Choose it from the Choose Signature dropdown at the bottom.
8. Close Settings — changes save automatically.

Tip: If images don't show, make sure the image URL is publicly accessible, not a local file.

2. Open Outlook. Menu: Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
3. Click + to add a new signature. Give it a name.
4. Click in the editor and paste (⌘ + V).
5. Under Choose default signature, pick this signature for your account.
6. Close the window — it saves automatically.

Note: New Outlook for Mac handles HTML signatures well. Legacy Outlook may strip drop shadows and some CSS.

Method A — Paste (simplest):

1. Click Copy as rich text above.
2. In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures...
3. Click New, give it a name.
4. Click in the edit box and paste (Ctrl + V).
5. Set it as the default for New messages / Replies.
6. Click OK twice.

Method B — Install HTML file (for perfect fidelity):

1. Click Download .html file. Rename it, e.g. MySignature.htm.
2. Open %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures\ in File Explorer.
3. Drop the .htm file in that folder.
4. Restart Outlook and pick the signature in Options.

1. Click Copy as rich text above.
2. Go to outlook.com. Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings (bottom).
3. Go to Mail → Compose and reply.
4. Under Email signature, click in the editor and paste (⌘/Ctrl + V).
5. Check the boxes to auto-include on new messages / replies.
6. Click Save.

Method A — HTML source (recommended):

1. Click Copy HTML source above.
2. In Thunderbird: Account Settings (right-click account).
3. Check Use HTML.
4. Paste into the Signature text box.
5. Click OK.

Method B — File attachment:

1. Click Download .html file.
2. In Account Settings, check Attach the signature from a file and browse to the downloaded file.
